This custom Burn Knives balisong is 1 of 2 prototypes produced for the Model 3. It has milled 416 stainless steel handles and a hand ground ATS-34 steel blade with polished grinds. The front tang is marked “PROTO” and the back side is marked “BURN”. Italian-inspired ears and a skull crusher tang are distinguishing features of the Model 3. The pivot features fancy pivot screws, bushed pivots, and bronze phosphorous washers – which offers smooth action. Paul Panak has created another marvel in this prototype Model 3 balisong.
